CASAW Book Launch: BBC Talk Arabic

The Centre for the Advanced Study of the Arab World is delighted to invite you to the book launch of BBC Talk Arabic. This book, which comes with audio CDs, was designed and written by CASAW’s Arabic Instructor, Jonathan Featherstone. The short accessible course is aimed at absolute beginners and features interactive audio and a variety of enjoyable activities (all in Romanized script) to help you get to grips with basic spoken Arabic. You do not need to know the Arabic alphabet, nor is any prior knowledge required.
You are warmly invited to help us celebrate this breakthrough in inter-cultural communication! The launch will be hosted by Blackwell Bookshop, South Bridge on Wednesday 11 November at 18.00.
